So i need to check who is actively onboarding HRRs, can i check the list by going to be active HRR list or do i have to manually ask them to send me their CRM G Sheet?
In most cases no. Just checking at the Active HRR List dashboard (listed on the hr.maxment.com) will let you know how many HR Recruiters are being recruited by your HR Executives.
If HR Executive has not recruited any HRR yet, just ask her politely what is going on and if she needs any help from you…
