It’s very hard to get people onboard. People after learning about the earning disclaimer and the road map are reluctant to get onboard. Moreover, so far i have onboarded 5 HRR, from which one stepped back and two more are also not responding. Kindly, tell me what to do? next?
As for your first question, if they are reluctant to get onboarded then let them know that we can approach them again when the earnings will start. After that you have to keep searching for more HRRs. Try to convince them that it will take only one hour of their time every day or 5 days a week, that way they might stay.
