A. The monthly incomes of all MAPs are linked to Maxment mission of 2,000-200-20,000
It means:
—to setup 2,000 local business referral groups for 2,000 U.S. cities;
—to signup 200 biz members per group; and
—to signup 20,000 homeowner subscribers from each of 2,000 cities.
There are 6 earning milestones in the mission:
—Once 20-2,000 groups in Maxment network, on avg, have 50 biz members–as per national avg–the groups generate 1 referral sale/month for its AI Marketing Employee (AIME) which sells for $500/month.
At $50/closed sale–each Associate earns $50/month working 1 hr / day.
Here is how average is calculated:
It mainly is calculated as total number of referral sales generated by all groups divided by total number of groups.
Example.
If AI Marketing Employee (AIME) generates 20 referral sales from 20 groups, the average would be 1.
20/20= 1
If Maxment is earning $500 per sale recurring (which is average), you’ll earn 10% of $50/sale and would earn $50 month on a recurring basis or until the AIME is terminated.
If AIME generates 200 referral sales from 20 groups, the average would be 10.
200/20= 10
At $50/sale, you would earn $500 for that month on a recurring basis or until the AIME is terminated… & so on.
Below are the milestones in the mission and their potential earnings:
—Once 20-2,000 groups in Maxment network, on avg, have 100 biz members–as per national avg–the groups generate 3 referral sales/month for AIME.
At $50/realtor sale–each Associate earns $150/month working 1 hr / day.
—Once 20-2,000 groups in Maxment network, on avg, have 200 biz members (which is our goal)–as per national avg–the groups generate 10 referral sales/month for AIME.
At $50/sale–each Associate earns $500/month working 1 hr / day on a long term basis.
—Once Maxment signs up 5,000 home owner subscribers for each of 20-2,000 cities, at 0.5% avg yearly closing ratio, the groups from those cities should generate 2 referral sales/month for AIME.
At $50/sale, each Associate earns additional $100/month on a long term basis.
—Once Maxment signs up 10,000 home owner subscribers for each of 20-2,000 cities, at 0.5% avg yearly closing ratio, the groups from those cities should generate 4 referral sales/month for AIME.
At $50/sale, each Associate earns additional $200/month on a long term basis.
—Once Maxment signs up 20,000 home owner subscribers for each of 20-2,000 cities, at 0.5% avg yearly closing ratio, the groups from those cities should generate 10 referral sales/month for AIME.
At $50/sale, each Associate earns additional $500/month on a long term basis.
$500/month is an earning cap for working 1 hr/day.
Once an Associate starts earning $500/month for 6 months, the Associate can optin to add extra hours/day to earn $200/month/ extra hour.
$1,100/month is an earning cap for working 4 hrs/day.
