1. Cities have not been assigned yet. when cities will be assigned?
A1. Cities are assigned once an HR Advisor has recruited 2 HR Executives within 30 days.
2. Access to relevant FB groups has not been provided yet.
A2. FB Groups are assigned or given admin access once an HR Advisor has recruited 2 HR Executives within 30 days. Actually, an HRA will be given admin access to one or two FB page(s) under which her 100 cities are located. This way the HRA will have auto access to all 100 FB groups under those pages. She then can assign admin access to FB groups to her HR Executives. Check HRA Job Role for details on assigning FB Group access to your HREs.
3. Is there any ready-to-share draft available for advertising HRE positions on LinkedIn and other social media forums.
A3. All job offers or job post templates are included in the HRA Job Role Guide. If you can, try to write them in your own words.
4. Is there any quick support system available, as i feel relevant groups are not responding on the required speed (any relevant person who can be referred for it)
A 4. HRA Support Forum on hr.maxment is the best and the fastest way (with 24 hours average turn-around time). HR Director, other HRAs will be there to help you out.
5. Which support on FB groups is being provided to people who don’t have enough experience with social media handling?
A5. Actually, your main tasks related to FB groups are to give partial access to your HREs to your assigned FB page or give admin access to HREs to 10 FB groups for their 10 assigned cities.
