Error When Creating the Rest of Group Names

Hello Naveed,

I have created the first 9 groups of my assigned city and state. When I was making the next city name, there was an error that we were limiting the time to create groups and other activities. The message also said that I cannot create groups right now due to a certain amount of time. Please help to solve this issue.
