I want to know which persons do i have to recruit as an HRR, and on which forums? How can i get FB admin credentials?
Also what will bw their role?

Here what is listed there:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not required.
3rd & 4th year university students in (any) business major can apply.
No experience is required. Onboarding & ongoing support is provided.
The role requires working (any) one hour a day M-F.

Qualifications
Willingness to self-learn new skills related to your job role.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to self-solve problems by posting the problems or questions on the Support Forum for your job role so your recruiter and upto 2,000 other Associates from the same job role can help.
