No experience is required. Onboarding & ongoing support is provided.
The role requires working (any) one hour a day M-F.

Ability to work independently.
Ability to self-solve problems by posting the problems or questions on the Support Forum for your job role so your recruiter and upto 2,000 other Associates from the same job role can help.

In most cases no. Just checking at the Active HRR List dashboard (listed on the hr.maxment.com) will let you know how many HR Recruiters are being recruited by your HR Executives.

If HR Executive has not recruited any HRR yet, just ask her politely what is going on and if she needs any help from you…

@maheenamin Sorry for the late reply on this question. When you’ll fill the Active List HRR G-Form, it will show up on the the Active HRR List Dashboard listed on the hr.maxment.com website.

HRE CRM G-Sheet is for your own record to track your recruiter. It’s private to you only.

In the long run, you’ll use recruitment methods 2 and above.

Hi Fatima,

Sorry for not being able to create more groups. But, that’s normal for 80% of FB accounts.

FB may have temporarily banned you for 3-7 days to create anymore groups.

Check again after 3 days or after 7 days.

After that once the ban is lifted, just create 1 group /day in week one.

Then 2 groups per day in week 2;

After that, 3 groups/day in week 3;

and 4 groups/day in week 4.

After that, create 5 groups/day which should be no problem.

 

I think you can delete the duplicate group. Try it. If not, I’ll do it for you.

Hi Rabia, That’s great. You main task is done.

Once all are added into your personal G-Sheet and you also have filled the HRA G-Form to report active HRE (https://forms.gle/y4kXSoV7GkjaX1Pe6), they should appear on the Active HRE List dashboard.
