About Maxment

Maxment, Inc., is a U.S. based digital marketing agency which is in the process of setting up 2,000 business referral groups (BRGs) on Facebook for its 2,000 realtors clients from 2,000 US cities.

Through its BRGs, it helps realtors & home service professionals get 1-10 referral clients per month (or $10K-$100K referral business per month) on a 5% pay per sale basis at no upfront cost to them.

It follows the BNI.com business model which has 10,000 BRGs in the U.S. and 50 other countries.


Maxment mission is 2,000-50-20,000

It means:
—to setup 2,000 online business referral groups on FB for 2,000 U.S. cities;

—to signup 50+ business members per group–so each biz member can get 1 referral client per month or $10K referral biz per month; and

—to signup 20,000 homeowner subscribers from each of 2,000 cities–so each biz member can get 10 referral clients per month or $100K referral biz per month.


Maxment is hiring for 4 freelance remote job roles

To manage 2,000 FB groups, Maxment is in the process of hiring 10,000+ Associates.

To manage each group, Maxment is hiring for 4+ freelance remote job roles to work (any) one hour a day between 6am-6pm California time (M-F).

The job roles are:

—1 FB group admin to manage a 50-200 member group.

—1 Accountant to track referral payments for a 50-member group.

—4 Social Media Marketers (cold outreach) to signup 50 biz members each from one assigned city by using any 1 of 3 proven signup methods.

—1 HR Recruiter to recruit Associates for above roles for one group by using any 1 of 3 proven recruitment methods & replace anyone who drops out.

Bachelor’s degree is desirable, but not required.

No experience is required.

Onboarding & ongoing support is provided.

If other job roles are open in any other groups and HR approves them, associates can switch to any other job roles by giving 2 weeks notice.


Associate’s monthly income

Maxment uses the Universal Profit Share (UPS) model & each of 10,000+ Associates earns the same.

The monthly income of each Associate–working as freelancer– is linked to the average number of sales generated by our groups for its realtor or mortgage broker members.

Average monthly income from 50-200 biz members / group

—Once 2,000 groups in Maxment network, on average, have 50 biz members–as per national avg–they generate 1 referral sales/month for its realtor or mortgage broker members. At $50/sale–each Associate earns $50/month working 1 hr / day.

—Once 2,000 groups in Maxment network, on avg, have 200 biz members–as per national avg–they generate 10 referral sales/month for its realtor or mortgage broker members. At $50/sale–each Associate earns $500/month working 1 hr / day on a long term basis.

Average monthly income from 5,000 home owner subscribers / city

—Once Maxment signs up 5,000 home owner subscribers for each of 2,000 cities, at 0.5% avg yearly closing ratio, each realtor or mortgage broker in our groups generates about 2 referral sales per month. At $50/sale, each Associate earns additional $100/month.

Average monthly income from 20,000 home owner subscribers / city

—Once Maxment signs up 20,000 home owner subscribers for each of 2,000 cities, at 0.5% avg yearly closing ratio, each realtor or mortgage broker in our groups generates 10 referral sales per month. At $50/sale, each Associate earns additional $500/month on a long term basis.

Monthly income cap

$500/month is an earning cap for working 1 hr /day Mon-Fri.

Once an Associate starts earning $501/month, the Associate can optin to work 4 hrs / day to earn up to $1,000/month.

$1,000/month is an earning cap for working 4 hrs /day.

Associates living in high income countries (such as U.S. & Canada) earn 10x of UPS

Monthly income is directly deposited into Associates’ bank accounts by 15th of each month as per the above UPS calculations from previous month’s earnings.

The hiring steps:

Step 1: You apply yourself or receive a job proposal from an HR Recruiter recruiting for your job role.

Step 2: You say yes to the proposal.

Step 3: Your HR Recruiter sends you 15 day onboarding docs which will outline the steps that you need to take to start working with Maxment.

Step 4: If you get stuck during or after the onboarding, you can ask for help in the group from your recruiter & also from other job roles.
